Retail Site Requirements

Trade Area
Stores should serve minimum populations of 75,000 and be within or near regional/super-regional, big box anchored shopping centers/malls, or dense central business/shopping districts.

Space/Size
T-Mobile prefers prominent end cap and outparcel locations that range from 1,000 to 2,400 Square Feet.

Traffic Counts
Daily traffic should be between
25,000 – 50,000.

Parking
Abundant, non-exclusive, shared parking for the benefit of all shopping center tenants.

Access
Full ingress and egress.

Signage
Maximum allowable by local code, including, but not limited to, multiple elevations as well as pylon/monument panel representation.
